This page lists the third-party software Patten Consulting, LLC, doing business as Elevate Online, uses to deliver client engagements. It is referenced by Section 8.1 of the Elevate Online Purchase Terms and is updated as providers change. A dated copy of this page as it stood on any past date is available on request.

Each provider below is used under its own commercial terms, which include confidentiality and security obligations. Elevate Online does not grant any provider the right to use client confidential information for the provider's own purposes, including training artificial intelligence models on it.

Elevate Online uses an Anthropic commercial plan. Anthropic does not train its models on content from its commercial products by default. The stated exception is content a user submits through Anthropic's feedback controls, and Elevate Online does not submit client content that way.
